8mg CBD Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe for delicious CBD Chocolate Chip Cookies is a fast easy way to have your CBD oil and eat it . Suitable for all baking skill levels.

Equipment

  • 2 x Mixing Bowls
  • Mixer
  • Baking parchment / greaseproof paper

Materials

Dry Ingredients

  • 360 grams All Purpose / Plain Flour
  • 200 grams White Granulated Sugar
  • 200 grams Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 220 grams Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 2 ea Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 200 mg TheHealthSource CBD oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175c / 350f / Gas mark 3
  • In a bowl, add your dry ingredients (flour; sugar; brown sugar; baking soda & salt) and mix by hand
  • In the mixer bowl, add the wet ingredients: unsalted butter (softened); eggs; vanilla extract
  • Add TheHealthSource CBD oil (I use 10 drops of 2000mg Full Spectrum to Yield 24 x 8mg Cookies) and mix well
  • Start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on a low speed, adding approximately 1/3 of the dry ingredients at a time
  • When it is all mixed together slowly mix in the chocolate chips
  • Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of greaseproof paper / baking parchment (I use an ice-cream scoop) in even sized lumps and bake for 14mins or until the edges are a light golden brown
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool and enjoy. Please be careful not to exceed your recommended daily dosage
