so let’s not hang around here’s what you need:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Peel and chop the banana

In a mixing bowl or jug combine all the ingredients

With a hand blender or mixer blend the ingredients together for a short time until a smooth batter is formed
TIP: For extra fluffy pancakes separate the egg whites and whisk until fluffy then fold into the mixture

Add a knob of butter to a frying pan and melt

Spoon the mixture into even amounts in the frying pan (I usually get 3 nice sized pancakes) and cook over a medium heat and flipping when small holes start to appear in the pancakes.
