Easy Banana Protein Pancakes

Whether you’re looking for a quick and easy bite for breakfast or just a snack these low carbohydrate banana protein pancakes are great and will leave you feeling fuller for longer. popular with health enthusiasts the world over this simple 4 ingredient recipe will revolutionize breakfast/snack time.

so let’s not hang around here’s what you need:

Step 1

Peel and chop the banana

Step 2

In a mixing bowl or jug combine all the ingredients

Step 3

With a hand blender or mixer blend the ingredients together for a short time until a smooth batter is formed

TIP: For extra fluffy pancakes separate the egg whites and whisk until fluffy then fold into the mixture



Step 4

Add a knob of butter to a frying pan and melt

Step 5

Spoon the mixture into even amounts in the frying pan (I usually get 3 nice sized pancakes) and cook over a medium heat and flipping when small holes start to appear in the pancakes.

Step 6

Remove from heat when browned on both sides and serve

For an extra treat I add Strawberries with a drizzle of Manuka Honey over the top.

These delicious pancakes can be served hot or even eaten cold later!
